1. Parents-Teachers Meetings are held periodically.

2. Parents/Guardians are requested to make use of this opportunity to meet the teachers and discuss the progress of their children. This will enable the teacher to understand the children better and consequently pay special attention to their needs.

3. These meetings are contact meetings because the school, teacher and parents are all involves in the education of the child. These are also occasions for the parents to the teacher know that they do care for her/his effort and the progress of their child. They can always extend help in the progress of the institution by way of suggestions, guidance and especially by their co-operation and collaboration.

4. As far as possible, all requests to meet the teacher to discuss the course or anything pertaining to studies should be kept for the Parents – teachers meeting. In urgent cases the Principal’s permission is needed to meet the teachers in the school.
